A major semiconductor manufacture‘s additional project in ShangHai
More than 20years ago, At the beginning of the construction of the this factory, a large number of KYOWA exhaust fan and circulation pumps were imported and installed which has been used with relevant gas treatment systems till now. So far the equipments maintains excellent operating condition as always. Because of owner‘s equipment using habit , we’ve participated in the additional project of new production line in 2019. The added gas treatment system has designed and installed as owner‘s technical requirements, It’s aiming to guarantee the gas emission to be meet the trade standard of semiconductor. The system treatment capacity and use status have been highly praised and recognized by the owner.
